IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CHANGE OF DUE DATE FOR MONTHLY BILLS
In an attempt to better serve all customers, the utility is changing the date that water and electric meters are read from the 15th of the month to the 1st of the month. As a result, the billing due date is changing.
This transition is scheduled to last several months as the utility will be moving the billing date closer to the 1st of the month by two to three days each month. This will provide a significant benefit to all customers by helping to reduce the larger fluctuations recently seen in the average cost of power.
