Lineworker Training Scholarship

Waunakee Utilities and WPPI Energy make a strong commitment to our community by offering a academic Scholarship Program.

The purpose of this program is to:

• To give something back to our community.
• To increase community awareness of public power and its benefits to Waunakee.

Eligibility Guidelines:

To be eligible, a student must:

1. Be a graduating senior completing high school in the current year at Waunakee High School.
2. Be registered as a full time student at a post-secondary educational institution.
3. Have your primary residence be served by Waunakee Utilities.

The scholarship is awarded to the student in two parts - $250 for each semester of the first year of post secondary education.

These scholarships will be awarded May 20 at Waunakee High School Awards Ceremony.
