Waunakee Utilities sends utility bills all customers once each month for electric, water, sewer, and refuse service. Costs for all of these services are included on one bill.

Electric and water meters are read in the middle of each month. Bills are sent at the beginning of each month. Bills are always due by the 15th of each month (if the 15th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, bills are due on the next business day).

Prompt payment of utility bills is important. If at anytime you experience problems paying your bill contact us BEFORE the due date. We will make every effort to work with you to make payments.
