Welcome to Waunakee Utilities' online account access. We are excited to offer new customer service products that allow you to:

Sign up to receive monthly utility bills electronically.
Pay your bill online.
Access your Account by choosing the Online Statements Tab.
View past and present statements for up to 24 months.
Change your statement delivery option at anytime.

First Time Users, please register

Returning Users, please login

Once logged in, you can review your account information by choosing the Online Statements tab. If you are interested in making a payment, a $2.95 convenience fee will be charged by Payment Services Network, Inc. (PSN) for the service.

You can use your Visa, MasterCard or Discover card to pay your bill (up to a maximum $300 payment). Once you click the Submit button, the payment will reflect online immediately. We use fraud protection software to prevent unauthorized access to your credit card and account information.

A payment-by-phone option is also available by calling 1-877-885-7968.

If your account is delinquent, if you have received a disconnect notice, or if you are currently disconnected, you must call the office BEFORE you make a payment. Services will not automatically be restored when a delinquent account is paid online after hours.

IMPORTANT: Waunakee Utilities is not liable if you receive a disconnect notice and do not call the office. Your services are subject to disconnection, and reconnection fees may be assessed.

If you are disconnected, all past due balance plus all applicable fees must be paid before services will be reconnected. If you are currently disconnected and make a payment online your service will not be reconnected unless you call us and provide the confirmation number.
